It is most likely to be at a discount to the vwap and be to the same broker who did the 1.7c raising.
Add in the uncertainty surrounding Greece and Euro and I reckon it will be done at 1 cent.
Be nice if it's at a premium to this, but fresh capital in this market will always demand a discount.
