After the release of "Placement and Share Purchase Plan"

Right at the very end, in the last paragraph is like another VAGUE, off-topic ramp up by the board.

"On another topic, SmartTrans, in response to a request from Brazilian Government representatives, has provided a proposal to service certain requirements of the upcoming FIFA World Cup in Brazil."

No dates on when the request was made, no details on what the "certain requirements" were. Wouldn't be surprised if they had this come through weeks ago, but they decided to just hold it over for an opportune time (like now, when they're coming cap in hand for more money).

For all I know, the Government of Brazil just put in a catering order. Not hard to publish details of this request. If they don't have details, why bother mentioning it, other than to ramp?
