VXR is in TH pending a corp transaction and cap raising.
But their project is low grade multi commodity stuff, so not sure its them...wouldnt make much sense.
Unless maybe they are selling their other assets to NST (think they have some Sth American stuff).
Cant see any other likely candidates in TH for a relevant reason. IVR is in a halt but its for cap raising only according to the request.
