Dunno guys but in my limited experience the market seems to know first.Having said that,markets these days are extremely manipulated like never before.
What i have taken real notice of and this does not specifically relate to IVR, is the fact that when a stock is held back purposely on low volume(exactly what was happeing when IVR was trading around 6 cents, sit up and take notice as i did because there was huge gains coming.Then we saw IVR run from 6 to 40.
What happens from here no one knows as it is in unchartered territory.ducks
