If you check the Ann - 'Document Properties' - you will see that the document was created by 'Pat' at 10:36AM - presumeably Perth time (?).

So they must have known nothing before then - or were scratching their heads as to why PFC had 'forgotten' to advise them what was going on.

I have noted before in the PFC broadcasts and Presentations that it was never stated that BKP was their partner - only refererred to that PFC had a partner.

Anyway BKP has acknowledged that there is a problem here and has apologised.
