imho, I am quietly optimistic, if this was further delay, it would just be in a general update, and life goes on.
If this was a cancellation of the agreement (even though we have receieved all the ticks in the right boxes) most companies would just either release it at the beginning of the day or after close of business, to reduce the impact. Also TFA have invested $4mill so far at 20cents, thats a big waste (and you cant say DSO was factored in, as they didnt have any at the time of the agreement)
However if its TFA signalling that its all steam ahead, I would be putting it into Trading halt, confirming the funds(as back in December there was a delay of a few days of reciept of funds), then releasing it to the market, for maximum impact. (due to all eyes on it, from the trading halt)
