Ann: Trading Halt , page-28

A statement from Sundance said it had requested the halt ahead of the National Development Reform Commission vote, based on "the amended and restated scheme implementation agreement between Sundance and Hanlong".

The above is from the Australian at 4.02 today.

So, does this mean they have yet to vote? If my Understanding of English is correct - that is exactly what it says. So I believe the decision is yet to be made.

Time will cure my curiosity.
