    I can't top that. It's self incriminating.

    This is China Inc.

    So one risk here is that China Inc say NO to deal. Then engage hang long to deal direct with Cameroon re Congo assett .

    The last of a SDL mining permit creates this risk.

    It's just one risk among many.
