CR can be totally ruled out imo.

TH announcement at 16:57

"requests a trading halt effective immediately"

If CR is planned by NSL itself, we should see TH on Fri morning before openning.

Looks like NSL received funder's call on Friday afternoon, excited then resquest TH immediately.

Also, if the transaction was not positive, NSL should pospone the announcement until Monday morning, leaving more time to consider the deal.
