a stimulus package won't make a world of difference - yes it will mean that steel works will put through more volume, but the problem is we don't have enough steelworks using our product.

What we produce is a drop in the bucket compared to international volume so its not like we need more worldwide volume, we just need to convert some factories over to our replacement product.
