Request for Trading Halt

I hereby apply for a trading halt on the Company’s traded securities under Listing Rule 17.1
for a period of up to two days pending a material announcement to the market concerning a
capital raising. The Company expects to make an announcement concerning the capital
raising before trading commences on Friday 26 October 2012 to end the trading halt. The
Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
We request confidentiality as this is a ‘book build’ and has gone to a small group of brokers
and institutions and therefore the market may not be fully informed.
This is a material raising owing to the size of the capital raising of approximately $14M (94M
shares), which is our 15% equity raising amount.
