The dynamics look interesting to me. Maybe I misjudged the alliances. It may be that Woolley and Saunders are no longer chatty. The loose Intelligent Investor grouping would, I suspect, sell but not at this discount to NTA. The easily dislodged holders have been removed, and most remaining shareholders are weary but savvy to the goings on.
This halt may only be about discarding those 2 cash drain properties, or not. Also keeping an eye on when Woolley might be freed up for another bid, and wondering if another player would be tempted to make a pre-emptive move.
