Gassed as you know i have been taking profits off the table and I mentioned a while back that i thought ICN would need to raise some capital.

Hence thats why I have been selling based on the assumption I would be able to buy back in at a lower price.

Whilst there is a lot of good discussion here reading the pros and cons of ICN at the end of the day this and many other companies do not pay dividends hence like any investment I look for a return hence trading it is the only way and thats simple with ICN as it always falls and it always goes up at least thats been the pattern in the last 6 years give or take hence I do not know why you all do not do it. Really its a no brainer.

As for what they have in the bank ATM I am as confused as everyone.
