@vvg : first, my post above wasn't directed at you specifically, so there was no need to do what my wife does and immediately fire back with something you think was a mistake on my part! ;)

Second - yes I DID listen to the entire conference call live, and that last phrase - "The facts are that we do not see short term equity raisings as useful to cover short term working capital requirements" - would seem to suggest that a cap raising - at least in the short term - wasn't likely. I agree he didn't - couldn't - specifically rule it out. But the impression he gave was that a cap raising was not immediately on the cards. Yet within days - we had exactly that. And not just a little one to tide us over (we would have had $14m left by the end of the year) but a great big one.

But back to today's halt - does anyone know what time this in-chambers appeal is due to be heard, and if or when the decision is likely to be handed down?
