Maybe just maybe this TH was already thought of.....If it is another application for exactly the same thing to the high court by SMSL then it's bound to fail.
Secondly just maybe the TH is just to cool everyone down a bit and maybe when its lifted after everything has been thrown out of court we may see those who shorted the stock this time get well and truly burned.
Wishful thinking it may be but it may not be all that bad.
Maybe just maybe this TH was already thought of.....If it is...
