I really, REALLY, sincerely hope that Lynas have got their legal team briefed and in there to argue the case...! Surely they can't have been unaware of this - we've known about it on here for days!
The SMSL legal team seem to be playing our lot for complete mugs at every step of the way! Their sole aim, of course, is to delay, delay, delay.
