My understanding is that you have a right to appeal the lower court (High Court of Malaysia) and the judges today will asses whether SMSL have any grounds to take it to the Federal Court of Malaysia (Our High Court)
I reckon it will be assesed as wasting court time today...and yesterday was the best opportunity to buy into Lynas.
I reckon an upward spike today....or I jump out the window.
