Malay Court system is heavily influenced by the British Common Law, much like our own - so nothing different to what one would expect here from a bunch of liars, fantasists and fantics.
The counsel acting for SMSL has filed a formal application for anon the TOL at the High Court of Kuantan last Friday 9th Nov and now it is scheduled for hearing on Wednesday 14th Nov 2012.
