I'm referring to the conference call which occurred only a couple of weeks ago, not one from August. So yes, the CR was within days...
But we digress - I still haven't seen any information on just WHEN this in-chamber hearing is likely to occur, and if a decision is likely to be made at the hearing, or once again, held over for consideration to a later date!
