"It's due to the "In-Chambers" hearing of the appeal by SMSL against the lifting of the TOL suspension on the 8th Nov - last week."
Not sure where you get the appeal part from. Like I have said before it seems like this is a separate application to the previous one. As Lynas stated they believe it is a repeat application.
This could be the reason it is being heard by he high court and not the court of appeal.
Could be wrong though.
