I have never seen ONE PIECE of evidence of any kind from SMSL at all about anything...
I do not suppose today will be any different.
Another appeal with absolutely nothing to back them which is why the last stay was lifted.
And this will fail today also.
Remember even that case on the 8th was not based on evidence about Lynas, they are attempting to have the decision process reviewed which IMO is a desperate attempt due to lack of anything solid to back any claims against the company.
BTW does anyone know when we will have these mongrels in court for the defamation case?
Thats a case where there is some evidence for the judiciary to look at.
Hope those guys get well and truly smashed for their lies and BS.
