To JUST put a line under this disagreement - don;t take my word for it - chec the following post from a HC memeber ORWELL on 31/10 # 8726612 which I quote:
"- NC acknowledges additional funding is required before year end and they are looking at a few options. I’m guessing debt funding in the first instance contingent on an 8th November positive outcome which I’m OK with or equity raising (placement or rights issue) if further delays occur."
