Im guessing the answer is in the MD's confidence in underwriting 400k himself. He would be crazy to accept a deal that is less than the recent cap raise
It could be he anticipated this happening and gave himself and share holders a big gift before hand
on the other hand its possible nothing will eventuate from this TH and were back to on our own again
