You were carrying on about the company not having any cash and it would basically be insolvent by mid year and that nobody would take up their allocation.... guess what you were WRONG, not only did we have a successful cap raising, but looks like more funds are on their way! - if you're going to throw mud make sure it sticks!!
Now you have egg on your face in relation to groups finance and you WILL have egg on your face soon enough in regards to permits (your fallback argument)
