Perhaps they are trying to mix in some good news in with the contract changes/removal in NT which is not new news as far as the sp is concerned, it had a correction when it was announced. There is always hype in the media and it will be interesting to see what gives.
Also of importance is will this prevent them from winning more nbn work?
