No surprise a cap raising was about to happen. Even so, I think companies like DEG should plan better and do any cap raising ahead of the last minute. I think they miss opportunities at higher prices because they hold out hope of better share prices until they then have no option left but to raise funds at a low point.
I am anticipating we will soon have 3x the shares we had a couple of years ago... and not surprisingly they are currently worth about 1/3 what they were back then. A vicious cycle... the number of shares added to fund exploration keeps growing. It is good to be the "bold explorer" but we need a solid outcome.... beyond a 1% royalty here or there.
