Viney mind if I re-present the last bit of your message ? to:

"Good Luck and Congratulations to all holders in advance if the project is approved. And commiserations if it isn't".

My thoughts processes of late as I rattle into work on the Tokyo commuter line every morning - shoulder to shoulder with my follow commuters - are roughly as follows:

- anyone who has spent any time lately in Beijing, or any other Chinese city, will know why environmental controls are essential
- NZ has good enviromental controls: good luck to RF&B but if they lose they have had a fair shake so they should accept it and move on
- whether the project is approved, or not, NZ will stay clean and Beijing will stay smoggy
- I wouldn't mind working at home

Sorry for the ramblings but I have a lot at stake with BTU - I tend to get philosophical when the moment of truth is upon us
