Good advice, Lucky. I did that & just went blue in the face. I re-read the last ann for a clue as to what's going down...
"...pending the completion of an asset sale agreement and a potential legal issue". Hmmmmmm.
"The company is in the process of finalising negotiations with prospective entities for the purchase......The outcome will in turn provide resolution to the potential legal issue."
Originally, I interpreted the trading halt as an asset sale & resolution of a legal issue, 2 separate issues. The legal issue I took to be the failed toll treat and compensation to us for losses due to that from the plant owners. We knew that was proposed.
However, the wording of the last ann. on the 15th implies to me, anyway, that we have been negotiating an asset sale that will resolve a potential legal issue AGAINST US? See what you reckon...Could things get much worse than that? Wonder what we are being compelled to flog off to settle with whom? Any ideas? Tell me I'm reading it wrong....
