The company does not have a lot to work with since its market cap is less than $50M.If they take on debt this charge over assets will be hanging over the company's head and if they go for a placement or a SPP there will be a subsequent dilution of capital. Either way it is somewhat of a concern especially for someone like me who bought in late yesterday not long before market closure. LOL !!!
