It is my opinion that the market had factored in the granting of this permit.
SUM is way under valued, but investors are also cautious with what happened to Intrepid and now that these sam Indonesian heavies at Intrepid are in on SUM.
One day investors will figure this one out and its SP will shoot up very quickly.
