they are telegraphing a deal in the middle-east
No hints of access to large amount of funds
so probably not the game changer I hoped for and need to stay
but could still be a game changer in stopping the rot and start a profit and open the door for a better chance - than fighting for the scraps in the US
note also new management additions that might help confidence that ote can succeed
