This company has no debt on its books so it won't be a restructure of debt. Scheme of Arrangement may imply a potential acquisition and if that is the case perhaps they are acquiring via an issue of shares - I hope not as this would dilute existing shareholders, but I also don't want them soaking up all of they working capital they have built up. Hopefully, the announcment is them being acquired at a decent premium. It would be a pity of they were to be taken out by some lowball offer.
