I wonder if EIM will participate given their recent public statements? Will be interesting to see.
If not, those statements have yet again seen one of their investments fall to all time lows only to have EIM suffer a dilution. Seems a strange way to invest in juniors to me: by not supporting the sector and making press statements to spread negative sentiment. Wish they would change the way they do business because it affecting me also.
I do wonder whether there is some new method of shorting companies like this that I am not aware of? Cant see how it would benefit an investor to talk down the sector otherwise?
Anyone know whether the actual number of shares on the share register equals the number of asx listed shares? That would be one way of telling if there was a naked short position.
