The first point was I really don't think this announcement will be positive, probably a delay as you say.
2nd part was just a friendly warning from someone who got excited the first time before being cut off at the knees.
It brought back memories, posters saying they're nervous and excited.
Not being negative, just saying be careful, it's all or nothing.
