Perhaps it`s another investor wanting and willing to put funds into NSL.
Perhaps it`s an investor from India.
Pehaps Cedric is over there now crossing the t`s and dotting the i`s.
One thing that is known, is that without funds now, there is no way of getting the wet plant up and running which is crucial to the processing of the ore which ViJay is currently stockpiling.
