the thing is that BRW have a jorc on Sandy creek with heaps of copper and gold and have hardly drilled it
the resource alone just there is value for BRW
then they have Altia and Roberts creek and surprise ridge and heaps of other good potential strikes and not to mention the fantastic Gold asset in WA they are excited about
also their Nickel in Leinster next to BHP and xstrata which they have again never drilled properly
its just giving it away for 1 for 10 IMO
great bargain for Minotaur, thats for sure, considering they were going to pay $600,000 for Scotia and now basically get it in the deal
there should have been another way for BRW to raise the money to stay as they are
i hope an alternative offer comes along once they announce this takeover
