    Assuming that the top 3 shareholders Norilsk 26%, FMR 6.8% and SFR 6.3% took up their rights in the SPP of late 2012 then they hold nearly 40% of the company. Cannot see them taking up this offer, especially since SFR paid 2.3c for their shares recently. Got to agree, 2.4c sounds more reasonable giving the company a MC of $10m for its assets.
