In addition, this could actually trigger the sp trend reversal.
If the filthy 4 were washing shares around to keep the price depressed, then this would have to be the reason...for this cap raise.
Now that the cap raise is coming through, theyd have no further reason to keep the price artificially low. They're all making a loss currently. They will have to bring the price up to make their profits.
