1) Based on them putting a trading halt on, which is more likely that they need to prepare a response to bad news, rather than good news which doesn't require some immediate plan/response to be given, and
2) it being unannounced from the OSR, rather than e.g. a dispute in place for some time, makes it less likely that it would be a credit.

Well, I got that right.
Based on them suspending now, it appears to be more significant as well, likely going back multiple years.
This wouldn't be surprising as, in cases like this, the company usually has one approach which they've consistently applied, whereas the OSR in this case, has a different view.
