Am hoping that the CR was based on the fact that the SP is only right down on sentiment rather than facts such as the asset backing and mid-term prospects. The board structuring sounds interesting though. Could be folks bailing out given they have not got a good trough to feed in at present, or maybe a larger shareholder like Clive Palmer buying in a little more and demanding a place on the board in return for being a substantial holder. Guess all will be revealed when that announcement comes through. Just hope they have raised enough to continue drilling into that high grade prospect in Argentina in the spring, rather than just enough to stay afloat.
