Now converted to Voluntary Suspension until Monday:

a) it is seeking voluntary suspension pending an announcement on the outcome of final confidential discussions involving the restructure of its debt facilities and the terms of the proposed capital raising. On this basis the voluntary suspension is necessary to ensure that trading in Terramin shares does not take place in an uninformed market, and to ensure that the debt restructure and proposed capital raising takes place in an orderly fashion;
b) Terramin considers that it will be in a position to make the announcement by no later than open of trade on Monday 7 October 2013;
c) the event that Terramin expects will end the voluntary suspension is the release of an announcement in relation to the debt restructure and proposed capital raising;
d) Terramin is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted; and
e) Terramin is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension.
