Given the movement in the few weeks beforehand, I was initially hoping positive.
The conversion from TH to VS implies a delay or some unanticipated problem, which is not so good.
On balance I remain optimistic. I can't believe they'd have the gall to go back to the market unless they had a pretty compelling plan for the money.
