Re previous comments. Moving into gold with Bird in Hand looks compelling - so there could be a case for going back to the market. The financial situation also looks solid - the company has announced that the cornerstone shareholder is committed to provide the required financial support and two of that shareholder's top execs represent almost half Terramin's board ergo they must have been in full support of this very recent public statement.
Hypothetical question. If you were those two directors, and you had decided NOT to provide the necessary support (say you know you won't or can't), when could you be said to know that the company was trading insolvent?
