Whats the chances of actually consummating the deal. My concern is if they fail to complete they stand to be wound up according to the Prel. Final report under the heading of "likely future outcomes". Deals direct are in the box seat and can dictate the terms.Think there will be a very large number of shares at a very cheap price under the circumstances. Doesnt mean it wont be any good. Just that DD have all the negotiating chips and can continue to function in the absence of a deal with MNZ or find another shell to back into, whereas MNZ must complete to even survive.
