    Or BHPP could have sold there agreement to another larger oiler like a Chinese one etc...they could have got all the approvals in place from the respected Phlipa departments and then decided to sell the Farm-in agreements to somebody who is ready to drill and wants it...Otto then becomes a takeover target...It would be very strange for them do stuff things up now...we know that the DOE wants it drill AND they have no one else to take it up, so no probs there but my thinking is the above...they have on sold the agreement...and that's very positive for OTTO..either way, you don't go through all this to walk away or drop the ball, especially when they just got final signoff from Palawan council...
