I don't see any reason to be concerned? As per the last update on SC55.
"BHBP has engaged with the Philippine Department of Energy regarding the revised timing of the work program commitments, and is expected that this will be the subject of a separate announcement shortly."
Therefore, I think this announcement is letting the market know what time frame the Palawan council have given BHP to drill the well(s) in.
Could be extremely positive, ie: a 6-9 month timeframe, or neutral, ie: a 12 month work program, which I expect.
I see this impending announcement as progress.
I don't see any reason to be concerned? As per the last update...
