selling part of a tenement is not really a 'corporate' transaction. This TH is more likely to be a cornerstone investor transaction. This is something that has been mooted before. I'm guessing that TPT (if the THs are related) may take a slice of JKA as a way of increasing their own diversity. and a very timely cash injection for JkA and maybe an sp boost.
The Odewayne farmout was not a "corporate Transaction" so I dont think this TH its a tenement farmout.
Its also a "potential corporate transaction" meaning to me that this is large enough to be voted on.
just thinking out loud.
