Suspensions + trading halts involving Cap raisings have to last for as long as they are "price sensitive". That is the duty of the board. It is often the reason for these long waits; no one can do much about it and I'm sure even though the board would be feeling some shareholder frustration they would be obliged to say nothing. This often comes across as impending problems but I'll bet there is good, constructive news coming soon. And as I've said before, the SP of stocks like TIG is not dependent on bits of good news here and there but on the timing of the breakout which will be determined by the big players in the game.
