Merry Xmas to all and let's hope that Santa is coming to town on Wednesday this week and not only Wednesday next week!

If the UK gas asset sale deal gets done as promised and is not watered down in any way I expect an SP of 3-4 cents in early trading on Wednesday. Whether the SP can maintain this level later in the day is another matter.

In the early part of next year I expect the SP to trade at between 3 and 5 cents for the following reasons:

1. The UK gas deal should be worth 3-4 cents per share alone which should provide considerable support to the SP. The initial cash from this deal should mean that no further capital raisings for this project will be required which is a huge relief and should inspire additional investor confidence in Eden.

2. Sales of Optiblend units are going very well in the US and this division should be cash flow positive in 2014. Therefore here once again no additional capital raisings should be required.

In the second half of 2014 and on into 2015 I expect the SP to push on towards 10 cents due to the fact that the carbon-enriched concrete technology will be fine tuned and thoroughly tested and Eden can then go into mass production. Based on current calculations and the low cost and simple nature of Eden’s carbon technology, the selling price for Eden’s carbon enriched concrete should be extremely attractive. I expect Eden to licence the production by taking on a JV partner for the large scale production.

As a bonus, but one that is difficult to place a value on, Eden will also be producing low-cost hydrogen without the production of carbon dioxide as a by-product. This should greatly assist all of Eden’s Hythane technology related businesses.

Summing up, if Eden were ever going to become the company we all hoped for, now is the time! For me Wednesday December 18th should mark the start of a new era for Eden as it finally enters the real world as a profitable and attractive going concern.
