The mkt seems oblivious to the upside in this deal. CSG is getting huge media attention in the UK atm, highly likely in my opinion that this deal or similar will proceed in the near term. The deal is a speculation that the Shale Inc float will be at a substantial premium (quite possible I think given quality of prospects, high gas price etc) so the financial outcome for both EDE and TAS could be substantial. Have noticed some largish trades the last couple of days in TAS which is normally a very low t/o stock.
